Introducing Reliafy

Reliability work has a way of scattering itself across tools. The failure data sits in a spreadsheet, the Weibull fit happens in a one-off script, the block diagram lives in a slide, and the maintenance interval is somebody's best guess. Reliafy pulls that whole chain into a single workspace.

What you can do today

  • Fit life distributions — Weibull, Lognormal, Exponential, Gamma, Normal, and proportional-hazards models — to exact, censored, and truncated data, with probability plots, confidence bounds, and goodness-of-fit.
  • Build reliability block diagrams on a drag-and-drop canvas: series, parallel, k-of-n, and standby redundancy, then compute system reliability, MTTF, importance measures, and minimal path/cut sets.
  • Decide when to act — rank candidate distributions, compare two designs head-to-head, and find the cost-optimal preventive-replacement interval.

Built around your data

Upload a CSV once and reuse it across every model you fit from it. Saved models reopen instantly, and everything is private to your account. New accounts even start with a few sample datasets, models, and a worked RBD so there's something to explore on day one.

We're just getting started. Follow along here for product updates and short, practical notes on reliability engineering.
